· Order Processing Duties:
o Receiving and processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
o Communicate with customers regarding order information, prices, shipping dates, delays, and issues.
o Communicate and coordinate with our production team for order fulfillment to complete orders.
o Workorder creation, Invoicing & Follow-ups Management including some customer specific requirements.
o Additional administrative support as needed
· Shipment Duties:
o Shipment Documents Management including verifying shipping documents such as BOLs.
o As needed, arrange Trucks for pickup & deliveries; get quotations from our designated brokers.
