Training Coordinator – Temporary
Irvine, CA (Onsite)
$25.00–$27.00/hr (DOE)
4–6 Month Contract | Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm
We’re partnering with a growing organization to hire a Temporary Training Coordinator to support in-house training academies and field sales/training teams during a leave of absence.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate logistics for training classes (registrations, hotels, meals, transportation)
- Support training attendees with certificates, materials, surveys, and follow‑ups
- Respond to internal and external inquiries
- Partner with marketing on training funding requests and invoicing
- Maintain records and reports related to training activities
- Provide backup support and cross‑training as needed
- 2–4 years of administrative or coordination experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Self‑motivated with a customer‑service mindset
- Training, education, or event coordination experience preferred
This is a fully onsite temporary role with an ASAP start
.
