Associate Dentist
West Coast Dental Services
Pay range: $200,000 – $400,000 per year (base + production)

- Productive and dedicated to patients
- Willing to work full-time or part-time
- DDS/DMD degree
- Active California State Dental Board license
- practice Insurance
- DEA, CPR and NPI are required
- Great interaction with patients to promote trust and optimal experience
- Collaborating with entire office team to promote trust, connection, relationship with patients and one another
- Understanding how PPO, HMO, and other dental plans work to optimize patient benefits
- Proactively addressing patient concerns and providing insight and comfort regarding their dental treatment
- Beautiful, state‑of‑the‑art offices equipped with modern systems, equipment and supplies
- Full back‑office support by Specialty Managers, Specialty Assistants, Floor Supervisors, RDAs, DAs, X‑Ray Techs and Sterilization Clerks
