As a Service Technician, you can earn up to $60,000 per year in total compensation, including an hourly rate of $22.50 and various earning opportunities. • Diagnosing and repairing commercial dish machines and related equipment.
• Training customers on the proper use of cleaning and sanitizing products.
• Delivering and picking up chemical products as scheduled.
• Building strong relationships with customers and decision-makers.
• Handling emergency service calls (on‑call rotation).
• Promoting companion products and services to help our customers succeed.
• Collecting payments and following up on account balances.
• Supporting contract renewals and price adjustments.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, physical environment.
• Mechanical aptitude and/or driving experience is a plus.
• Willingness to climb stairs, enter kitchens, and work in tight spaces.
• Strong communication skills with a service‑oriented mindset.
