Location:

Irwindale, CA (100% Remote)

Duration: 17+ Months (Possible Extension)

Shift: Monday through Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Education Requirement

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Workload

• Review ESA applications to validate customer information, income eligibility and required supporting documents.
• Identify discrepancies, request revisions when necessary, and report processing issues.
• Ensure compliance with program policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Support workload management by processing high volumes of applications while maintaining accuracy, quality and safety standards.
• Monitor queues and prioritize work to meet operational goals.

Required Skills/Attributes

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and Copilot.
• Ability to follow detailed processes, procedures, job aids, and program requirements consistently.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify missing, incomplete, or conflicting information.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with limited day-to-day direction.
