Sales Specialist

Responsibilities- Assist customers in bringing project ideas to life by offering a range of product options.
- Provide samples and recommend solutions—including installation and related services.
- Listen to customer needs, address concerns, and highlight current promotions and financing options.
- Understand local competitors and communicate Home Depot’s advantages.
- Guide customers through every step, set clear expectations, and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
- Meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store.
- Help keep the store clean, organized, and safe, working as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Actively monitor inventory and drive in-stock to support a seamless shopping experience.
