*** New Construction Estimator / Sales /Project Manager
*** High Income Potential - Looking for Motivated Individuals with 3-5 years of experience in commercial door sales, plan reading, estimating and new construction project management.
* *** Must be able to commute to Baldwin Park, CA Mon
- Friday 7:30AM to 4:30PM
***** Responsibilities and Duties
*** Perform full plan and specification take offs
* Create well written proposals
* Development of new national chain accounts
* Create lasting relationships
* Salesperson with high success in closing sale
* Following up on proposals
* In field meetings and networking
* Project management
* Problem solving and critical thinking
* General department support
* Misc. as needed
** Qualifications and Skills
*** Commercial Overhead Coiling Doors and Sectional Doors knowledge
* Ability to do plan takeoffs and read through specifications of commercial doors
* English / Spanish speaking a plus
* Estimating* Project management
* Computer literate
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Problem solving attitude
* Mechanically Inclined
* Excellent organization skills
* Construction knowledge a MUST
* Must be a motivated individual
* College degree preferred
