As a Branch Ambassador, you'll have the opportunity to use your love of working with people and sharing product knowledge to play a vital role in our customers' banking experience. You'll also perform a wide variety of transactions including check cashing, deposits, transfers and withdrawals while monitoring fraud mitigation and adhering to established operational policies and procedures. Equally important is the ability to resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently, delivering an extraordinary customer experience.

• Use customer-service skills to connect with customers and help with technology challenges, conversations, and demonstrations of services and products.
• Assist customers in determining personal and business financial needs, guiding them to appropriate experts when needed.
• Maintain compliance by following audit and security policies and procedures in accordance with Bank policy and federal regulations.
• Support customers across branch operations, including cash handling and service needs, and rotate through the branch as required by customer needs.
• Enhance the overall retail customer experience with fewer handoffs; strive to be the expert for each customer interaction.
• Learn continuously about Capital One products, services, and experiences to guide customers toward their financial goals.
• Demonstrate digital savviness by navigating the branch s laptops and iPads, and educate customers on mobile and online channels as well as other products and services.
• Collaborate with an energized team of banking professionals and inspire teammates.
• Research and answer customer inquiries to improve retention and engagement using available tools and channels to recommend appropriate solutions.
• Travel between branches within the assigned local area to support the market you are assigned.

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales or Customer Service experience
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience

• Associate s degree
• 2+ years of Retail, Sales, or Banking Experience

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries are for candidates hired to work within one of these locations and refer to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based on hours worked.
