• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored for infants and toddlers.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Observe and assess children's developmental milestones and progress.
• Collaborate with parents to support children's growth and development.
• Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and classroom volunteers.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom space that promotes learning.
• Utilize developmentally appropriate practices to enhance learning experiences.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

• CDA
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with infants and toddlers.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Creative and flexible approach to teaching and problem-solving.
• Passion for working with young children and their families.
