• Licensure:
  Active OT license and registration in New York.
• Experience:
  
  Demonstrated experience in adult OT practice, particularly in homecare settings (preferred but not required).
• Skills:
  
  Excellent communication skills with patients and office staff, and the ability to build strong relationships.
• Tech-Savvy:
  Comfort using EMR software (training provided).

• Patient Care:
  Provide one-on-one, personalized care to older adults in their homes, including evaluations, treatment planning, and functional assessments.
• Scheduling:
  Schedule your own visits directly with patients, allowing you to have control over where and when you work.
• Care Planning & Follow-up:
  Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans and follow up to ensure ongoing improvement and care consistency.
• Documentation:
  Maintain accurate patient records in our easy-to-use, web-based EMR system, ensuring compliance with Medicare and company guidelines.
• Compliance:
  Maintain current credentials, follow HIPAA, and adhere to company policies to ensure the highest quality of care.
