• Center-Based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapist/Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT)
• Hours: Mon‑Fri 8:30 am‑3:30 pm
• Compensation: $20–24 per hour
• Services: Provide IEP‑mandated services at our centers (not insurance based)

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with Clinical Supervisors BCBAs to implement principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Acquire and maintain RBT credential in accordance with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) within the first 90 days of employment.
• Use electronic platform for data collection and graphing.
• Implement Behavior Support Plans and Behavior Intervention Plans as directed.
• Effectively manage learners including physical crisis intervention protocols, while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
• Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families in accordance with state and federal regulations.

And this background:

• Minimum of 6 months ABA experience working with children or adolescents with autism in a supervised setting
• Experience with challenging behaviors preferred
• Enrollment or completion of an undergraduate or graduate degree in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, or related field a plus
• Critical thinker with a problem‑solving mindset
• Bilingual a plus
