What You’ll Own:
  • Launch, grow, and manage all aspects of a new Red Door Homes location.
  • Hire, train, and lead a local team aligned with Red Door Homes' core values.
  • Oversee sales, construction, and operational excellence.
  • Create and drive performance metrics across departments.
  • Build relationships with trade partners, vendors, and local officials.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction from contract to close.
  • Be the go-to authority for strategic planning, budgeting, and execution.

What You’ll Need:
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in homebuilding, construction management, or related industry.
  • Deep knowledge of operational systems and people leadership.
  • Strong financial and P&L management skills.
  • Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
  • Proven ability to launch or scale a business unit is a major plus.
  • Willingness to live and work in Baldwin County, AL.
