What You’ll Own:- Launch, grow, and manage all aspects of a new Red Door Homes location.
- Hire, train, and lead a local team aligned with Red Door Homes' core values.
- Oversee sales, construction, and operational excellence.
- Create and drive performance metrics across departments.
- Build relationships with trade partners, vendors, and local officials.
- Ensure customer satisfaction from contract to close.
- Be the go-to authority for strategic planning, budgeting, and execution.
- You’re a builder — of teams, processes, and results.
- You make decisions with confidence and hold yourself (and others) to elite standards.
- You love a challenge and you’re energized by growth.
- You value process, accountability, and people equally.
- You have a track record of leadership in construction, real estate, or operations.
- You think like an owner and act like a coach.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in homebuilding, construction management, or related industry.
- Deep knowledge of operational systems and people leadership.
- Strong financial and P&L management skills.
- Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
- Proven ability to launch or scale a business unit is a major plus.
- Willingness to live and work in Baldwin County, AL.
