• Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales consultants to achieve and surpass goals
• Drive new and pre‑owned vehicle sales volume and profitability
• Oversee daily sales floor operations, including CRM follow‑up and lead management
• Implement and uphold sales processes that ensure consistency and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate closely with the Finance and Service Departments for smooth customer handoffs
• Support inventory management, lot merchandising, and vehicle pricing strategies
• Set and maintain high standards for customer service and team accountability
• Track and report performance metrics to dealership leadership

• Automotive Sales Manager experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with Reynolds and Reynolds and Vin Solutions strongly preferred
• CDJR (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram) and/or Chevrolet GMC experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities
• Results‑oriented with a passion for motivating and developing a team
• Proficiency in CRM tools, customer follow‑up, and lead management
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
