We are seeking a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide ongoing psychiatric services within residential and post-acute care settings. This position emphasizes continuity of care, clinical autonomy, and collaborative practice in a non-acute environment serving adult and geriatric populations.

- Geriatric psychiatry exposure preferred but not required
