ACCURATE ACCOUNTING CONSULTANT - DOMISILI BALIKPAPAN
Accurate Accounting Consultant providing product demonstrations, presentations, and customer support for Accurate accounting software. The role involves post-purchase customer engagement, product feature updates, cross-divisional collaboration, and market analysis to drive product improvement and customer retention.
Key responsibilities
Provide demonstrations, presentations, and product introductions for Accurate to customers post-purchase
Update latest Accurate features and communicate to stakeholders
Collaborate across divisions for product development and improvement
Analyse product performance with the product development team
Analyse market trends and recommend product quality improvements
Support customer retention and acquisition
Develop FAQ and product knowledge base
Document support activities and customer issue resolutions
Prepare training materials and conduct product training
About you
Minimum D3 qualification in Accounting
Certified Accurate Professional (CAP) preferred
Able to operate Accurate Online (AOL)
Experienced in presentations and Power Point
Strong communication skills and presentation experience
Willing to work on-site in Alam Sutera, South Tangerang (2-3 month)
