ResponsibilitiesResponsible for implementing inspection and maintenance activities for electrical and instrumentation systems, ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with technical standards and company procedures. Duties include preventive maintenance, repair activities, work planning, progress monitoring, engineering changes, resource coordination, documentation, and compliance with HSE requirements, including permit to work, JSA, and risk assessment procedures.
Job Description- Implement inspection and checklist activities for instrumentation and electrical aspects in accordance with maintenance procedures.
- Perform maintenance activities safely in accordance with work scope and applicable technical standards.
- Prepare detailed maintenance and construction work plans including activity planning and resource requirements.
- Set maintenance work deliverables and monitor work progress periodically.
- Ensure maintenance procedures and work instructions are properly implemented and followed.
- Execute preventive maintenance, repair, and maintenance procedures according to company standards and guidelines.
- Submit and manage Work Change Notices for work modification and field activity control.
- Implement maintenance, repair, and construction management systems effectively in accordance with company requirements.
- Control work execution, resources, materials, and timelines within assigned work areas.
- Implement engineering change requests and notification orders including installation
of work change instructions.
- Prepare and ensure compliance with company HSE policies including permit to work, JSA, risk assessment, and other safety documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities.
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair for electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Familiar with maintenance planning, work execution, and progress monitoring.
- Understanding of engineering change management and work control procedures.
- Able to read and interpret electrical drawings, P&, and technical documents.
- Good understanding of HSE standards, Permit to Work (PTW), JSA, and risk assessment procedures.
- Capable of preparing maintenance reports, checklists, and technical documentation.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
