Oversee end-to-end Floating Crane, Tug and Barge transshipment operations, ensuring loading rates, cycle times, and targets are met per plan and contract. Monitor operational efficiency—fuel, spares, consumables, and running hours—while maintaining vessel availability, operability, and seaworthiness through pre-operation checks and routine inspections.
Monitor navigational safety, cargo handling, and vessel operations to minimize risk
Develop, implement, and enforce SOPs and marine safety policies (emergency response, PPE, navigational safety, cargo handling) in full compliance with K3/HSE standards and international regulations (IMO, ISM, SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW)
Perform regular inspections of vessels, equipment, and facilities to ensure compliance with IMO, SOLAS, MARPOL, and ISM Code requirements
Ensure rigorous implementation of the Safety Management System (SMS) and maintain all vessel/safety documentation (logs, PTW, compliance records, inspection reports)
Identify operational risks and potential hazards in marine operations and recommend preventive actions
Coordinate with port authorities, KSOP, and maritime agencies as needed
Lead toolbox meetings, permit‑to‑work, job hazard analyses, and regular safety inspections
Supervise crew performance, enforce discipline, and provide coaching to ensure SOP adherence and a strong safety culture
Ensure crew awareness and adherence to safety protocols, including proper use of PPE
Prepare and submit integrated periodic reports covering operational performance, safety metrics, and regulatory compliance
Requirements:

Minimum bachelor's degree (S1/DIV) in Maritime Studies (Pelayaran/Ahli Nautika)
Minimum 5-year of experience in HSE field (Shipping industries)
Knowledge of maritime safety regulations (SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM Code) and company Safety Management Systems
Strong knowledge of Hazard Identification (HAZID) and Risk Assessment (HIRAC)
Able to ensure compliance with Maritime SOPs, and Heavy Equipment safety procedures
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong planning, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
High initiative, proactive, and possessing a critical mindset
Preferably have Ahli K3 Umum certificate
