Job Description

• Provide technical support regarding product features and benefits to customers.
• Deliver technical training to the sales team regarding products and their practical applications.
• Conduct customized training for customers based on their specific needs.
• Offer technical consultation to customers regarding product usage and field implementation.
• Ensure all sold products meet established technical quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues faced by customers or the sales team, through direct field intervention or coordination with relevant departments.
• Compile and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and application guidelines.
• Conduct field technical surveys to ensure products perform according to claims and specifications.
• Provide technical feedback to the product development team regarding customer complaints or emerging market requirements.
• Ensure continuous compliance with applicable technical regulations and safety standards.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the building materials industry.
• Proven ability to manage field coordination, oversight, and site supervision.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide technical solutions in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Proficient in material volume calculations (quantity estimation).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Skilled in delivering product presentations and practical application demonstrations.
• Must possess a valid driver's license (SIM A and/or SIM
  
  C).
