Mandarin Sales Assistant - Fresh Graduate (Trading, Interpreter) (B-132737

The working venue is in Balikpapan, Kalimantan.

Our client is a Trading company. Currently, they are looking for Sales Assistant Mandarin Speaker (Interpreter).

• Act as an interpreter and translator (Mandarin-Indonesian) to ensure effective communication between the sales team and clients
• Coordinate and monitor sales project progress to ensure deadlines and targets are met
• Provide daily administrative support including meeting arrangements, minutes taking, and project document management
• Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to facilitate smooth collaboration
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
• Monitor project developments and regularly provide progress reports
• Accompany sales team to visit clients
• Handle other administrative and coordination responsibilities as needed for sales projects
• Other responsibilities as needed

• Fresh Graduates are welcome
• High conversational Mandarin proficiency and Conversational English proficiency
• Skilled in using office software such as Microsoft Office
