• Adjust and align machine parts.
• Replace defective parts of machinery as needed.
• Take apart existing machinery to clear floor space for new machinery.
• Move machinery and equipment.
• Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components.
• Perform tests and run initial batches to make sure that the machine is running smoothly.
• Adjust and calibrate equipment and machinery to optimal specifications.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly mechanical condition monitoring checks in accordance with the schedule and supervisor's instructions to ensure the condition of the plant's mechanical equipment is effectively monitored.
• Perform minor mechanical repairs (based on findings from condition monitoring) to ensure production equipment continues to operate normally.
• Prepare and report condition monitoring checklist results to the Supervisor, covering predictive and preventive aspects as part of the accountability for the monitoring outcomes
• Complete repair activity reports (equipment history cards and equipment service reports) to ensure repair activities are properly recorded.
• Perform mechanical preventive maintenance in accordance with the schedule and supervisor's instructions to preserve the service life of company assets.
