QC Specialist - Workshop

• Prepare and assist implementation of QA/QC function, documents, and deliverables management, by providing support and execution to project and works within EPM department. Main objective is to ensure, maintain, develop, all QA/QC practices are implemented in accordance with company quality policy and relevant Quality Management System compliance

Execute guidelines and directive for QA/QC aspects in order to achieve its objective. Objective is successfully achieved.

Establish and maintain effective work relationship within department, company, and community, with responsible attitude for every work assigned.

Establish, review, and communicate timely reports and work reports related.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome – SHE risk well maintained.

• SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements.

Bachelor's Degree of Engineering

• Min. 1 year previous experiences in Construction QA/QC execution with thorough comprehensive knowledge for QA/QC practice in construction and operation
• Preferably having familiarity and experiences to QA/QC implementation upon oil and gas sector, marine construction and plant operation sector
• Full comprehensive knowledge for Quality Management System, ISO 91 and implementation
• Good knowledge in Quality Management Tools (e.g. TQM, QCC, SPC, Balance Scorecard, etc.) and disseminate through Project Quality Management System.
• Thorough understanding for Document Management System
• Team workers and organizing people
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage
