Peran ini melibatkan pengujian, inspeksi, dan verifikasi produk agar memenuhi standar kualitas sebelum dikirim ke pelanggan.
Persyaratan meliputi lulusan SMA/SMK, pengalaman 2–3 tahun di QC, serta pemahaman tentang SOP, dokumentasi, dan QMS.
