Mate Career is looking for a Retail Trainer in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur, to conduct training sessions for dealer and showroom employees. You will develop and implement retail strategies to boost sales and improve customer service while monitoring performance across retail channels.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Retail and has at least 3 years of experience in retail operations or trade marketing. Fluency in English is essential, and you should be willing to travel to various retail locations.
