** Warehouse Administrator**.  ## Job Overview and Core Responsibilities As a key member of the logistics and supply chain team, the Warehouse Administrator ensures seamless daily operations and inventory accuracy. The role demands meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain high standards of warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage inbound and outbound inventory movements utilizing the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

* Maintain absolute accuracy regarding stock data and warehouse documentation.

* Generate comprehensive operational and administrative warehouse reports.

* Support routine stock opname procedures and physical inventory verification checks.  ## Candidate Qualifications To thrive in this fast-paced environment, candidates must meet specific educational and technical requirements designed to ensure operational success.

Preferred Requirements:

* Minimum education level of Senior High School (SMA/SMK), Diploma (D3), or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major.

* Solid understanding of warehouse operational workflows and logistics principles.

* Prior experience or familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly preferred.

* Proficient computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheets.
