As a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor you will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience. You will assist customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, and become the advisor on their beauty journey.

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Enroll customers in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet scheduling needs.
• Clear and concise communication with customers, co-workers, and management.
• Execute product knowledge training to support customer service.
• Read and explain product labels.
• Follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Requires long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, and reaching. Lifting moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes. Exposure to irritant chemicals occasionally.
