The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day operation of the fleet and delivery network to ensure safety, legal compliance and on-time service. This includes hands-on early-morning HGV loading, fleet maintenance coordination, tachograph compliance, routing and telematics management, customs/TSS workflows, supplier liaison and real-time operational problem solving.

24/7lorryengineersupportforbreakdowns. Coordinatetyrereplacementsandpuncturerepairsforallvehicles. Scheduleservicesandrepairs;collectvehicleswhenrequired. ManagePMIandbook/managePSV/MOTforallfleetvehicles. Managerepairsandreplacementsforpallettrucksandwarehouseequipment. Order items needed for repairs and fleet maintenance. Routing,Telematics&Systems Maintainaxleweightsandpalletcountsforeverylorry. Analyse & determine whether new delivery points are viable to add to the delivery schedule. Keep Warehouse Staffdocumentation ,companysoftwareand

24/7. Manage TSS cases and maintain Trader & Company Profiles. Regulatory,Insurance&Licensing Managevehicleinsurancechangesandrenewals. Manageaccidentreportingandalternativearrangementsforallvehicles. Maintain Operator Licencerecordsandtransferdiscsasrequired . Renewtaxforallfleetvehicles. CompleteH&Spaperwork,policiesandreports. SupportH&Sand Environmental Health visits . Keep daily records of lorry weights, pallets and volume of calls. Collections,Deliveries&Third-Party Coordination Arrangecollectionsfromlocal Bonded Warehousesand GBsuppliersetc. Arrangeadditionalthird-partydistributionifrequired. CalculateGBcollectioncosts. Book delivery slots and complete relevant paperwork for specific customers. Staffing Manage Delivery Staff arranging Holiday Bookings / Cover Procurement&Fleet Renewal Source/recommend/ordercompanyvehiclesasrequired.

Arrange hire lorries/van when needed. Delivery Administration Assistwithprocessing Customer Delivery Paperworkwhenrequired . Enterandupdatedeliveryschedulesanddropsequences. Assist with organising paperwork for goods in. General Monitorandreportonallrelevantactivitiesandprovidetimely,accurateanddetailed reportsas required. Ability to manage multiple busy whats app groups with various staffing groups, responding and actioning requests timely and taking note of all relevant updates for future use. Attendanymeetingsortrainingasandwhenrequired. Conduct all activities with confidentiality and in accordance with the requirements of Data Protection Legislation.
