A recruitment administrator in Belfast will support the Early Careers Recruitment team with a range of administrative and operational tasks. You will liaise with universities, internal teams and external partners to promote the graduate and apprenticeship programmes.
You will assist with screening, scheduling interviews, organising assessment days, and helping implement EC projects. Travel to London may occur a couple of times per year as needed.
