Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ PQE) North Belfast Full-time | Permanent A well-established and highly regarded local law firm in North Belfast is seeking an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join and further develop its property offering. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor who is keen to grow a practice, build client relationships and play a key role in the continued development of the firms commercial property work.

The Role You will handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters and will have genuine scope to develop and expand the department. The firm is open to candidates who bring an existing following or who are motivated to build one.

Key Responsibilities Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property Acting on commercial leases for landlords and tenants Supporting local business clients with development projects Handling refinancing and secured lending transactions Building and maintaining strong client relationships Contributing to the growth and profile of the commercial property offering

The Ideal Candidate Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE in commercial property Strong technical ability and commercial awareness Experience managing transactions independently Ambitious and proactive, with an interest in business development A following would be advantageous but is not essential
