As a Customer Delivery Driver in our store team, you will be at the heart of the customer experience – serving with pride. You will load your van, deliver to customers, keep your van clean and fit for the next delivery, and, during busy periods, help the team pick and pack online orders.

• Load and unload goods efficiently and safely.
• Deliver products to customers’ front doors with a smile.
• Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the delivery van.
• Assist in picking and packing online orders when required.
• Adhere to all health and safety, security, and delivery standards.

• Reliable, showing up ready to work.
• Positive attitude, bringing energy and enthusiasm.
• Willing to learn and build skills.

• Valid UK Driving Licence (Full or Automatic only) held for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Friendly and helpful approach to customer service.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced customer service environment.
• Good communication skills and a team mindset.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
