Lidl Northern Ireland is looking for Deputy Store Managers to join our Antrim & Larne stores. You will support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, lead a diverse team and drive KPI performance while ensuring excellent customer service and shop floor standards.
We offer a competitive package including a salary of £33,000 rising to £40,000 after 3 years, 29 days holidays rising to 34, a company pension, private medical insurance and wide progression opportunities via our Leadership Academy.
