Dunelm in Newtownabbey is seeking a Customer Experience Manager (Customer Experience Coach) to lead stock controls, campaigns and the overall shopping experience at the store. You will deputise for the Store Coach when needed and drive commercial performance.
You will manage around 30 colleagues including 3 Team Leaders, ensuring stock integrity, updated pricing and a positive customer journey every day.
