Warehouse Operative - Berry Recruitment - BALLYCLARE

Berry Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and fast-paced distribution team. This is a hands-on role focused on supporting warehouse operations, ensuring products are received, stored, picked and dispatched accurately while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading deliveries in a safe manner.
• Checking incoming goods and reporting any discrepancies.
• Organising and maintaining stock within the warehouse.
• Preparing products for dispatch and ensuring correct labelling.
• Using handheld scanning devices and warehouse systems where required.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Following all Health & Safety procedures and site regulations.
• Supporting colleagues and supervisors with general warehouse duties as required.

• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic with a reliable and proactive attitude.
• Good communication skills.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties.
• Flexible approach to workload and daily tasks.
• Awareness of health and safety procedures within a warehouse environment.

11:00am - 8:00pm

Tuesday to Saturday for 2 weeks, followed by Monday to Friday for 2 weeks (rotating pattern).
