Senior Accountant

Artemis Human Capital are pleased to be working with a fantastic local accountancy practice as they seek to appoint a senior accountant to their team based in Ballymena. This is a career defining opportunity offering excellent scope for development & a hands-on role with an enviable & diverse client portfolio.

Working closely with the firm’s experienced team, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional level of client service. This is a non-audit position, focused primarily on the preparation, review and sign-off of statutory and management accounts, alongside ad-hoc advisory projects and a blend of corporate and personal tax work.

You will act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed deadlines. You will also work with & mentor junior members of the team.

• ACA or ACCA Qualified Accountant (those who are qualified by experience will also be considered).
• Accountancy practice experience is essential.
• Excellent communication & organisational skills.
• Management experience preferred.

• A lucrative starting salary of £45-60,000 per annum (DOE).
