- East Belfast Reed Accountancy & Finance are delighted to be working with a client within the engineering / construction industry in Belfast and are recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time position, office based and the hours of work at 8am to 4.30pm and offering a competitive salary dependent on experience. The Accounts Assistant will assist with the everyday running of a busy Construction accounts office and the principal duties are as follows:
Supplier Invoice computer input Management of a busy purchase ledger Invoice authorisation Statement management Liaising with suppliers and managing queries Dispute resolution and filing. Other duties include Visa and Petty Cash Invoice entry, setting up new Jobs, raising Sales Invoices

Essential Criteria : A minimum of 2 years' experience in the above job duties IT Proficient in accounting software Experience in Sage Accounts would be beneficial but not essential Experience working within the construction sector would be ideal, but not essential This job offers the opportunity for career progression to include Nominal Ledger journals, Budget preparation, Job cost transfers and Bank account management.
