Accounts, Credit Control & Payroll Assistant - Ballymena Up to £35,000 with flexitime & generous benefits To join a successful NI business based in Ballymena on a permanent basis offering a generous package & flexitime. Working within a busy team, you will:
Process customer invoices and payroll accurately and on time Manage the accounts receivable ledger, cash receipts and reconciliations Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve billing or payment queries Prepare aged debt, month-end and audit documentation as required Supporting payroll for weekly & monthly staff What we are looking for& Accounts receivable, billing, collections and payroll experience Accounting knowledge with Sage, Quick Books or Syteline experience Strong Excel, communication and problem-solving skills Able to manage deadlines and external stakeholder relationships In return you can expect an excellent package, interviewing ASAP.
