A leading accountancy practice in Cambridge is looking to appoint an Audit Assistant Manager to join its growing Audit team. This is an excellent opportunity to lead audit engagements, build strong client relationships and support the development of junior team members while working with clients across a range of sectors, including technology and life sciences.

Responsibilities:
As an Audit Assistant Manager, you will Lead audit assignments and ensure work is completed in line with professional and regulatory standards. Manage client relationships, delivering a high-quality service throughout the audit process. Review the work of junior team members, providing coaching and technical support. Identify audit issues and work proactively to deliver practical solutions. Support continuous improvement initiatives and help drive efficiencies across engagements.

Requirements:
As an Audit Assistant Manager, you will need ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent). Previous experience delivering external audit assignments within an accountancy practice. Strong client-facing skills with experience managing stakeholder relationships. Benefits:
