Management Accountant

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will play a key role in financial reporting, stock accounting, business analysis and continuous improvement projects across the finance function.

Key Responsibilities Produce monthly management accounts, journals and balance sheet reconciliations Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis Manage stock accounting, inventory reporting and cost analysis Investigate manufacturing and operational variances Partner with operational teams to improve financial performance Support finance system enhancements and process improvement projects Analyse financial and operational data to provide business insights Develop reporting tools and management information Assist with audit requirements and maintain strong financial controls About You ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, or qualified by experience Previous experience within a manufacturing environment Strong stock accounting and inventory experience Advanced Excel skills and a strong analytical mindset Experience improving processes and working with finance systems Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
