A leading Private Equity firm based in the heart of Mayfair is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior Partners in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

This is a pivotal role for a polished, proactive and highly organised professional who thrives under pressure and operates with absolute discretion.

The Role

You will act as a trusted right hand to senior executives, ensuring seamless coordination of business and personal commitments. The position requires precision, efficiency and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complex diary management across multiple time zones
  • Coordination of international travel, itineraries and logistics
  • Preparation of board packs, presentations and investor materials
  • Managing confidential documents and sensitive information
  • Liaising with investors, portfolio companies and external advisers
  • Meeting coordination, minute-taking and follow-ups
  • Screening calls and correspondence
  • Event planning and support for investor meetings
The ideal candidate

The successful candidate will be professional, resilient and solutions-focused, with experience supporting senior executives within Private Equity, Investment Banking, Asset Management or a similar high-performance environment.

You will need
  • 5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant at C‑suite or Partner level
  • Experience with in Private Equity or Financial Services preferred
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Absolute discretion and confidentiality
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Calm, composed and adaptable under pressure
