The Right ClientA Transport company based in Ballymena is seeking an Administrator to join the Proof of Delivery team.
Responsibilities- Scanning customer delivery notes (PODs) into a bespoke business system
- Checking and cross‑referencing PODs for signatures, discrepancies, and other customer requirements
- Chasing drivers, depots, and sub‑contractors for outstanding PODs
- Responding to customer email and phone call requests for PODs
- Filing or attaching PODs to invoices
- Uploading PODs to customer systems
- Updating management on outstanding PODs
- Supervisory duties as needed and ability to cover other departments
- 1–2 years of administration experience, previous invoicing experience desirable
- Attention to detail
- Planning and organisational skills
- Good communication skills
