Working Hours:

Monday to Friday- 37.5 hours per week Are you a student back for the summer and looking for some temporary office based work? Or do you have strong MS Office skills and looking for an immediate temporary role? We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised data entry administrator to support a key business project during a 6-week assignment based in Cheltenham.

The successful candidate will be responsible for transferring and validating data from an existing platform into a new management system, helping to ensure a smooth and accurate migration process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong MS Office skills and high attention to detail to gain some office based experience

Key Responsibilities Accurately transfer data from an existing platform into a new management system. Identify and resolve data discrepancies and exceptions. Maintain detailed records of progress and completed work. Work closely with internal teams to clarify information where required. Meet project deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Skills and Experience Required Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
