Junior Executive Assistant to CEO & COO Industry: Global Tech Firm
Location:
Central London Working Pattern: 5 days a week, office-based Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (DOE) A dynamic and fast-growing global tech company based in the heart of Central London is seeking an organised and proactive Executive Assistant to join their collaborative and high-energy team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to provide high-level support to the CEO and COO while gaining exposure across the wider business.
You’ll be a key member of the leadership support function, ensuring that the day-to-day schedules and priorities of the CEO and COO run smoothly. With a headcount of around 100 and a global presence, this company offers a vibrant, supportive culture where no two days are the same. What you’ll do In this varied and hands-on role, you’ll provide dedicated executive support while assisting with wider operational tasks.
Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
Based on Front of House; meet and greet stakeholders, clients and guests Managing diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements for the CEO and COO Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for senior leadership Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Supporting project coordination and follow-ups across departments Organising board or leadership meetings and taking accurate notes Liaising with other executive assistants and teams globally to ensure alignment Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion Who you are You’ll be a confident, proactive, and highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced, executive-facing role.
You take pride in your ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and maintain a professional and calm approach under pressure.
