OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
JOB
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and professional Office Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administration and smooth running of the office environment.
The role requires someone with 35 years of previous administration experience who is comfortable managing multiple tasks, communicating effectively with colleagues and customers, and maintaining a high level of organisation and attention to detail.
The successful applicant will be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and have a basic working knowledge of Sage 50.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manageday-to-dayofficeadministrationduties.
- Answertelephoneenquiriesandprovideaprofessionalfirstpointofcontact.
- Provideawelcomingandprofessionalfront-of-houseexperienceforvisitors.
- Prepareandmaintaindocuments,recordsandreportsusing
Microsoft
Wordand Excel. - Support invoiceprocessingandadministrativetasksusingSage
50. - Managefilingsystemsandmaintainaccuraterecords.
- Coordinateofficesuppliesandsupportwideradministrativerequirements.
- Assistdepartmentswithgeneraladministrativeandoperationalsupport.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- 35yearspreviousofficeadministrationexperience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Wordand Excel .
- Basicworkingknowledgeof Sage
