Saturdays (Working Hours are 8:00am to 4pm) We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrator to provide essential administrative and operational support within a busy environment on Saturdays. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for part-time weekend work in a structured and quality-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities Support the day-to-day administrative functions of the business Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring adequate supply of consumables Raise and process purchase orders with approved suppliers Assist with equipment maintenance Maintain accurate records Provide support during audits and compliance checks Deliver a high level of internal and external customer service Key Skills & Experience Strong administrative and organisational skills High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills Previous experience in an administrative or laboratory environment is desirable Additional Information Saturday-only position Ideal for candidates seeking part-time or flexible work Training will be provided where required If you have admin experience and are able to commit ongoing for Saturday work, please apply
