Accountabilities

Requirements
  • Proven experience managing client relationships, ideally in client success, sales, or hospitality.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathy for client needs with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Skilled at addressing challenges and providing actionable solutions.
