Senior Credit Controller

Overview Chambers and Partners is seeking a motivated Senior Credit Controller with a minimum of two years' experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will bring strong credit control expertise, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and customers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team and contribute to the continued success of our Credit Control function.

In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of key customer accounts, support the team in their day to day queries, provide coaching, monitor KPIs and strengthen the process controls. You will be working closely with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure a positive client experience. Please note that this role will be based in our London office. Main Duties and Responsibilities Chasing a designated set of key accounts/ledger via calls and emails Support the team with daily queries and operational guidance Review team's work, provide coaching and drive queries resolution improvement Strengthen process controls and ensure compliance with procedures Monitor KPIs and approve payment plans Enhancing customer experience by building and maintaining a strong relationship with the customers Liaise with the wider Finance team, Sales and Customer Success to ensure timely customer query resolution and facilitate collection of overdue debt Cash posting & reconciling complex customer accounts Work closely to the Credit Control Manager to enhance team's skills and capabilities as well as the current processes Why you should apply TBC Skills, Experience & Personal Attributes Ideally a minimum of 2 years experience in Credit Control Experience in managing a shared inbox Strong understanding of cross- functional business functions Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, quality and consistency Able to work independently Impeccable communication skills, with both colleagues and clients Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks Solution driven Maintain customer centric approach Excel skills (vlookup, if, sum) Equal Opportunity Statement We are committed to fostering and promoting an inclusive professional environment for all of our employees, and we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
