• Competitive pay rate depending on experience (£12.71 - £15.00 per hour)
• 7am to 4pm Monday to Friday with paid travel depending on the distance

• Proven experience in construction, groundwork, or maintenance roles
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations on-site
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
• Valid CSR card (mandatory)

• Support construction, repair, and site-preparation activities
• Assist tradespeople including carpenters, bricklayers, electricians, and plumbers
• Load, unload, organise materials, tools, and equipment
• Prepare work areas involving excavation, concrete work, demolition, or basic groundwork
• Follow site instructions and safety protocols diligently to ensure a hazard-free environment
• Help meet project deadlines through efficient and practical site work
