The Role
We’re seeking Brand Designers who will help elevate our brand across every touchpoint ✨ In this role, you’ll contribute to refining and evolving our brand guidelines, ensuring they’re applied consistently across 360° experiences. You bring a strong understanding of design systems and cohesive branding, paired with a passion for creative storytelling and thoughtful execution — always curious about the “Why” behind the work ✨ Collaboration is core to this role, as you’ll work closely with Art Directors and other creative partners, contributing your perspective, refining ideas together, and helping shape a brand that resonates clearly and meaningfully.
Key Responsibilities- Help develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across touchpoints.
- Contribute to the evolution of the brand identity in line with our vision and values.
- Design high-quality work across digital and physical channels.
- Support typography and type design to reinforce the brand’s voice.
- Collaborate with motion designers on motion and animation projects.
- Concept and execute engaging campaign design.
- Help build immersive brand worlds and experiences.
- Align UX direction with brand principles across products.
- Support product launches with cohesive systems and assets.
- Design visually compelling and functional web experiences.
- Contribute to digital editorial design and visual storytelling.
- Studio experience from renowned agencies such as Collins, Uncommon, JKR, Pentagram, or hands-on experience at small, high-impact studios.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining trend-leading brands.
- A growth mindset with a curiosity to learn, iterate, and improve continuously.
- Comfort with a DIY, roll-up-your-sleeves culture while maintaining high design standards.
- User-obsessed approach, ensuring design decisions are informed by audience needs.
- Ability to lead by example, elevating the design output of the entire team.
- Fluent in the language of product design, bridging brand and product experiences seamlessly.
