• Engage with clients to uncover their needs and business objectives through thoughtful discussions
• Design and present customized solutions that address specific client challenges effectively
• Provide expert advice and insights, enhancing the overall client experience
• Work closely with our internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions and continued client support
• Facilitate training sessions for clients, empowering them to leverage our products effectively
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide relevant recommendations to clients

• Fluency in Norwegian (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is preferred
• Experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a similar role is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on client satisfaction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
• Technical proficiency and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently
