Handling customer enquiries by phone and email. Processing sales orders and quotations. Coordinating deliveries and keeping customers updated. Supporting credit control and general accounts administration. Maintaining accurate customer records using internal systems.
What we're looking for:
Experience in customer service, sales administration or order processing. Strong communication and organisational skills. Good Microsoft Office skills. Sage or ERP system experience is desirable. What's on offer:
