Handling inbound customer calls and email enquiries professionally and efficiently Assisting customers with permit applications, digital services and system navigation Processing customer payments accurately and securely Resolving queries relating to parking permits and cashless parking services Delivering a high standard of customer service while ensuring positive customer outcomes YOUR KEY

SKILLS:
